Where is the best place to open an ice cream parlor?

I think close to a park would be a nice place to have a ice cream parlor.

not many things to do there, but the Laura Secord Homestead


serves ice-cream inside, and many people go there because it's the only store around that sells it. Especially in the summer time, because many people bike ride down Brock's Monument and are looking for something cool, refreshing, and sweet.


so along the area where people like to bike ride, go for walks,


around a park or plaza?




I think a place that people go to alot but don't do it where it gets cold alot in the year and a place that its not to hot where you can get heat wave....




An area or street with a lot of foot traffic, preferably close to a theater, in a shopping center or near restaurants.
