If you can give me a name and location, and the reason why you think this restaurant is the best, that would be great.
Serranto Hotel in the Hunt Club restaurant. Very, very classy. There was a woman playing the harp during the breakfast. My companion got a tricky look on his face then went over to talk to her. They both started laughing. When he came back to the table, she nodded and started playing a new song. My companion sat there grinning at me as I tried to figure out what I was hearing. It took me a while to puzzle out why it sounded so familiar...he had her playing Sympathy for the Devil from the Rolling Stones in classical harp style. It was hilarious because no one else in the restaurant seemed to have figured it out though they were tapping their toes along with the music.
But aside from that, the food was great, the decor was rich, and I really enjoyed the experience.
I am sure there are many others in locations with water views or with great food, but this is the one that pops to mind immediately.
Of course, you had better pick any varied restaurant
